Dany Mitzman is a freelance British broadcast journalist, based in Bologna, Italy. She first discovered the Aerowaves network in 2011 when she made a radio report about the inaugural Spring Forward Festival in Ljubljana. In 2023, she produced and presented the first season of the festival’s podcast, Spring Forecast. In 2025, Aerowaves launched the Podcast Academy initiative, with Dany as its director. Together with Springback Magazine’s editor, Sanjoy Roy, she produces and edits the podcast component of On Record, a text and audio documentary project for European dance festivals and platforms.
Evgeny Borisenko, a Berlin-based dance writer and dramaturg, is a frequent voice at dance festivals, including Aerowaves Spring Forward Festival and B.Motion. In recent years, he has documented the French and German dance scenes for Springback Magazine and tanzschreiber Berlin, among other outlets. A part-time host, full-time overthinker and former human rights lawyer, Evgeny blends critical rigour with a street-level love for the performing arts and those who make them happen.
Franek Dziduch, Journalist and cultural researcher working on the intersections of migration, ecology, and decolonization in the context of Eastern Europe. Member of the editorial board at Kultura Liberalna. Graduate of the Research Master’s in Cultural Analysis at the University of Amsterdam. He also completed “Springback Academy”, a mentoring program for dance and performance art critics.
